Tracking - mobile device information is tracked and sent to asset management module of vision helpdesk software. This information Asset scanning - scanning is done based on barcode or QR code attached to asset. Scan asset details are be retrive from service desk software to App.
When click "Scan Asset" button then showing scan screen there showing "Start QR Scan" button then user can scan QR code or Barcode on other devices then view that related product information on screen by api you can use attached Barcode for scanning assets item
